The Liberty League announced that 19 student-athletes in eight different sports have been recognized for their outstanding performances during the week of Feb. 2-8. St. Lawrence University senior Nick Lyndaker, the Track Performer of the Week in men's track and field, shattered the Saints' program record in the 3,000-meter run, crossing the finish line in 8:07.21 to win the event at the Fasttrack National Invitational in Staten Island, N.Y. Lyndaker broke his own program record by three seconds, which had been set a year earlier. His time leads the league and ranks ninth in Division III this season.
