Nick Lyndaker will represent the St. Lawrence University men's track and field team at the NCAA Outdoor Championships, competing in the 1500-meter run at SPIRE Institute in Geneva, Ohio this Thursday. May 22..
Lyndaker will race in the first round of the event, scheduled for Thursday, at 5:15 pm. He enters the event as the No. 4 seed, with his seed time of 3:42.75 putting him in solid position to compete for his second national title of 2024-25. The Canton, N.Y. native previously won the indoor mile run to earn the Saints' first individual men's track championship since the 1980s.
His re-writing of the St. Lawrence program record books continued in the 1500-meter run at the SLU Twilight Invite, recording his seed time for the NCAA championships by winning the 1500-meter run and breaking a record that had stood for 41 years in the event.
