St. Lawrence's Lyndaker qualifies for Mile, 3000-Meter Run at NCAA Indoor Championship

St. Lawrence University men's track and field senior Nick Lyndaker is heading back to the NCAA Championship after qualifying during the 2025-26 campaign. He'll compete in the mile run, defending his 2024-25 national title, and he also qualified in the 3,000-meter run this year.

The 2026 NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships are set March 13 & 14 at the Birmingham Crossplex in Birmingham, Alabama.

Lyndaker is the top seed in the mile with a time of 3:59.42 and he is ranked 13th in the 3,000 (8:07.21).

The qualifying round for the mile is set for Friday, March 13 at 3:50 p.m. and the event's final is on Saturday, March 14 at 5:10 p.m., while the 3,000 final is scheduled for Saturday at 6:50 p.m. That race does not feature a first round, and will be decided in a single final with 20 competitors.
