14 Liberty League field hockey players were selected 2024 National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) All-Region. All 14 honorees earned spots on the Region III teams with eight garnering first team accolades and six recognized with second team honors.
For the second straight year, six of the league’s eight field hockey teams were represented among the two Region 3 teams. Ithaca College, the 2024 Liberty League Champions, led the way with four honorees (1 First Team, 3 Second Team). The University of Rochester (2 First Team, 1 Second Team) and Union College (2 First Team, 1 Second Team) both had three representatives apiece. Skidmore College had two land on the first team while William Smith College (First Team) and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI, Second Team) each had one selection to round out the honorees.
