The Liberty League announced that 28 student-athletes in 11 different sports have been recognized for outstanding play during the week of Sept. 12-18. William Smith College graduate student Emily Leonard, the Offensive Performer of the Week in field hockey, recorded 11 points on five goals and one assist in a 2-0 week for the Herons. After a four-goal performance in a win over Keuka, Leonard had a goal and an assist as William Smith earned a 3-1 win over No. 19 SUNY Cortland to improve to 6-1 on the season.
