Three divers from the Rochester Institue of Technology (RIT) Men's and Women's Swimming & Diving teams qualified for the 2026 NCAA Division III Swimming & Diving Championships set for March 18-20. The four-day championship will take place at Indiana University's Nataorium in Indianapolis, Ind. On the women's side, juniors Gwen Petrie and McKenna Porter earned a spot at the championship along with junior Luke Albanese from the men's team.
All three divers are making a second appearance at NCAAs.
At the northeast diving regional, Petrie won the 1-meter event with a score of 450.55 and Porter was third after scoring 428.00. From the 3-meter board, Petrie and Porter finished fifth and sixth, respectively, with scores of 436.70 and 423.85.
Albanese appeared at the men's diving reigonals, where he earned third-place finishes in both the 3-meter (502.50) and 1-meter (499.60) events.
