Two Liberty League men’s rowers have been named to the 2025 Empacher-Intercollegiate Rowing Coaches Association (IRCA) All-America teams. In total, 104 rowers and coxswains were named a First Team, Second Team, or Honorable Mention All-American, representing 43 teams (37 heavyweight and six lightweight) across three divisions.
Ithaca College junior Bryce Williston and Skidmore College senior Ryan Capozucca were both selected as second team honorees. They were also recognized as All-Liberty League First Team honorees following the 2024-25 campaign.
In order to garner All-America accolades, rowers and coxswains must meet all eligibility rules defined by their institution, have raced in their team's varsity boast for the current spring racing season, been nomination by their institution, and the head coach must be in good standing with the IRCA.
Nominated student-athletes are selected by the IRCA Board of Directors to one of the two teams, or Honorable Mention, based on the following criteria: strength of finish of the institution’s varsity boat, nomination rank within institution, coach's comments, individual achievements, and erg score.
