The Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) announced its 2025 Division III All-Region teams, and 14 Liberty League women's lacrosse players were selected to represent the Empire Region (First Team and Second Team). Nine were named to the first team and five earned spots on the second team. Five of the league's 11 institutions that sponsor women's lacrosse have honorees on the teams.
Ithaca College, 2025 Liberty League Women’s Lacrosse Champions, and William Smith College headline the list of honorees with four representatives apiece. Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) had three recognized, Union College had two selections, and Clarkson University had one selection to round out the list of honorees.
