The Liberty League announced that 30 student-athletes in 12 different sports have been recognized for their outstanding performances during the week of March 16-22. RIT graduate student Max Matteucci, the Performer of the Week in baseball, had a standout week for the Tigers, producing 11 RBI, six extra-base hits, and six runs scored in the team's three-game series against Clarkson. Matteucci opened the weekend by going 2-for-5 with a three-run home run in the series opener. He followed that up with two doubles and three RBI in game two. Matteucci capped the series with two home runs and five runs batted in Sunday's win. RIT took two of three games against the Golden Knights to win the series.
