The Liberty League announced that 20 student-athletes in eight different sports have been recognized for outstanding play for the week of December 1-7. Ithaca College junior guard Evan Cabral averaged 26.7 points on 67 percent shooting from the floor (33-of-49), to go along with 6.7 rebounds, 3.0 steals, and 2.3 assists per game. Cabral started the week with a career-high 31 points against Rochester before adding 27 at Vassar and 22 on 9-of-10 shooting against Skidmore to open Liberty League play. Cabral currently ranks second in the league in scoring at 22.1 points per game.
