55 Liberty League basketball players were recognized as Academic All-District honorees as selected by College Sports Communicators (CSC). 35 women’s basketball and 20 men’s basketball student athletes were recognized.
The 2025-26 CSC Academic All-District® Men’s and Women's Basketball Teams highlight the nation’s top student athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. Eligible student-athletes must compete in 90 percent of or start at least 66 percent of an institution's games/contests, maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher, and reach sophomore athletic and academic standing at the school.
The CSC Academic All-America® program recognizes basketball honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA — for each gender. Academic All-District® honorees advance to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced in mid-April.
All 10 Liberty League institutions that sponsor basketball were represented on the teams, while nine league members had honorees for both men’s and women’s basketball. Clarkson University (4 MBB, 3 WBB), Ithaca College (4 WBB, 3 MBB) and Vassar College (4 MBB, 3 WBB) led the list of Liberty League honorees with a conference-best seven honorees apiece.
