The Liberty League announced that 35 student-athletes in 14 different sports have been recognized for outstanding play during the week of Oct. 6-12. Union College senior quarterback Patch Flanagan, the Offensive Performer of the Week in football, accounted for 313 total yards and all four Garnet Charger touchdowns in a 33-16 Liberty League win over Hobart on Saturday. Flanagan completed 11 of 15 passes for 197 yards, while also running 23 times for 116 yards and four touchdowns. He leads the Liberty League in both passing yards and rushing yards this season.
