The Liberty League announced that 30 student-athletes in 11 different sports have been recognized for outstanding play during the week of Sept. 22-28. Vassar College junior goalkeeper Jacob Raphan, the Defensive Performer of the Week in men's soccer, recorded five saves, a 0.50 goals against average an an .833 save percentage in helping the Brewers to a 1-0-1 week. After a shutout of Springfield, Raphan stopped three shots in a 1-1 Liberty League tie against No. 21 Ithaca.
