The Liberty League announced that 15 student-athletes in seven different sports have been recognized for outstanding play during the week of May 5-11. William Smith College first-year player Lauren Collins, the Rookie of the Week in women's lacrosse, scored four goals in her first two NCAA tournament games. Collins recorded three goals in the team's first-round victory over Husson and then contributed a goal and a caused turnover as the Herons defeated 11th-ranked Amherst in the second round.
