Liberty League announces weekly award winners for Oct. 1
The Liberty League announced that 28 student-athletes in 12 different sports have been recognized for outstanding play during the week of Sept. 24-30. Hobart College junior Alan Dubrovsky, the Singles Performer of the Week in men's tennis, captured the singles title at the ITA Northeast Regional Championship this past weekend with a three-set victory over Sebastian Castillo-Sanchez of RPI. Dubrovsky, the first Hobart player since 1995 to win the ITA regional singles championship, also combined with sophomore Walker Anderson to win the doubles title.
