The 2010 Liberty League End-of-Season Awards, announced December 6.

2010 Liberty League Runner of the Year
Wendy Pavlus   St. Lawrence
Senior (Tupper Lake, New York)
Senior captain Wendy Pavlus was unbeaten against Division III competition in 2010, winning the national championship for the second straight season. The Tupper Lake, NY native, who ran a personal-best time to win the national crown, also won the league, state and regional championships.

2010 Liberty League Rookie of the Year
Amanda Moreland   St. Lawrence
(Bloomfield, New York)
Moreland was a consistent contributor to the Saints line-up in 2010. The Bloomfield, NY native, a five-time Rookie of the Week award winner, was the first freshman across the line at the Liberty League championships in 6th place overall. Moreland also was 8th overall at the NYSCTC Championships and 17th overall at the Atlantic Regionals.

2010 Liberty League Coaching Staff of the Year
Mike Howard   St. Lawrence

Howard coached the Saints to the Liberty League, New York State and Atlantic Regional championships in 2010. He was named both the state and regional coach of the year as St. Lawrence climbed to No. 2 in the country during the season. Howard is assisted by Kate Curran.
