Union College senior Thomas Parisi was a big part of the Garnet Chargers' 4-1 week as they clinched the second seed in the conference's East Division. Parisi batted .609 and extended his hit streak to 13 consecutive games. The senior went 14-for-23 with nine runs scored, a double, six RBIs and four stolen bases. He also extended his reached base streak to 37 games. In a tough non-conference game at Wesleyan, Parisi went 6-for-7 at the plate. He also helped turn a big double play in the top of the sixth inning in the first game of Saturday's doubleheader to end the inning. Parisi's single in the ninth inning moved a runner into scoring position for the eventual walk-off win.
