University of Rochester first-year player Riley Laygo hit .500 (6-for-12) with four runs scored, a double, three home runs and seven runs batted in to help the Yellowjackets to a 4-0 week. Laygo slugged 1.333 overall for the week and also appeared in the circle twice for Rochester, tossing three scoreless innings while allowing just three hits and one walk with one strikeout. She helped the ‘Jackets toss a shutout on Friday against Clarkson.
