Hobart College first-year Achilleas Kousaridis led the Statesmen to a 2-1 weekend, improving to 12-4 on the season. Kousaridis went 3-0 in singles play to move to 13-2 in dual matches and extending his win streak to five straight. He defeated NYU's Louis Frowein 6-7 (4-7), 6-4, 7-6 (7-5) in the No. 3 spot before defeating Bard's Thanasis Kostikas 6-1, 6-1 in the No. 1 spot. Kousaridis closed out the weekend with a 2-6, 6-4, 6-3 win over RPI's Tsubi Okada in the No. 3 spot. In his rookie season, Kousaridis has posted a team-leading 17-3 record in singles play, including a 13-2 record in dual matches.
