The Hobart College first doubles team of senior Sean Pesin and sophomore Nick Fischer helped the Statesmen to a 3-0 week to remain undefeated in conference play and extended the team's winning streak to 10 matches. Hobart defeated No. 41 Rochester 7-2, Skidmore 7-2 and Union 8-1. The win over the Thoroughbreds snapped a 27-match losing streak to Skidmore that dated back to April 25, 2004. The duo went 3-0 at first doubles, extending their win streak to four straight. They are now 9-4 in dual matches this season. Pesin and Fischer defeated Rochester's Kai Yuminaga and Rahul Ravi 8-4, Skidmore's Nika Mori and Yuval Goodman 8-6, and Union's Ben Jacobs and Dimitris Binopoulos.
