Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute junior Cortez Garrett claimed first place finishes in both the 110-meter and 400-meter hurdles at the Hamilton Outdoor Invitational on Saturday. Garrett's winning time of 15.26 seconds in the 110 hurdles is the fastest mark in the Liberty League this spring, while his time of 57.17 seconds is the third-best 400 hurdle performance in the league.
