Vassar College first-year athlete Haley Schoenegge earned Second Team All-American status in the mile on Saturday at the NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships as she crossed the finish line in ninth place overall in 4:58.96. Schoenegge scored a sixth place finish overall in the preliminary round on Friday and earned a spot in the finals with the second fastest non-automatic qualifying time in a school-record time of 4:57.32.
