University of Rochester junior Sean Hendricks scored a regional championship in the 800 meters at this past weekend’s All-Atlantic Region Indoor Track & Field Championships at the Golisano Training Center, helping the team to a third-place finish. Hendricks clocked in at 1:52.78 seconds, a personal-best time and nearly two seconds faster than the second-place finisher. The junior also improved his season-high mark by more than half a second to help himself qualify for the 2023-24 NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field Championships this weekend in Virginia Beach, Va.
