RPI sophomore Nicole Ridenour went 2-0 at first singles for the Engineers in a 1-1 weekend. Ridenour won a pair of three-set matches, defeating the top players from both TCNJ (6-3, 3-6, 6-2) and Stevens Institute of Technology (1-6, 6-4, 6-4).
