RIT senior Jackie Drozd went 1-1 in singles last weekend to help RIT to a 1-1 record. Drozd defeated Oneonta's Danielle Copp, 6-1, 6-4 at fourth singles in Saturday's 7-2 win over the Red Dragons. Drozd came back from a 2-5 deficit to tie the first set before losing in a tiebreaker against Rochester's Neha Dania at fifth singles, Sunday.
