University of Rochester senior Madeline O’Connell was a double-winner for the second week in a row at Saturday’s Nazareth Conference Challenge Cup. O'Connell won the pole vault by clearing a regional qualifying mark of 3.90 meters, a height that is top-5 in Division III this season. Her mark was over half a meter more than the runner-up finisher. O’Connell also took to the track, earning a win in the 200-meter dash, clocking in with a time of 25.37 meters, a meet record. That time was an AARTFC performance and currently the fifth-best time in Division III. Rochester, which finished third of nine teams in the team scoring, paired with Ithaca to win the conference cup title.
