William Smith College senior Rafaela Albuja Sanchez was 4-0 in the No. 1 spot for the Herons this week, including two wins over Liberty League opponents. She started the week with three sweeps and then had a come-from-behind victory on Sunday to extend her win streak to seven matches. Agaisnt St. Lawrence she beat Amannya Morey, 11-2, 11-3, 11-3. In the match with Wesleyan she bested Mira Bakshi, 11-4, 11-2, 11-4. Albuja Sanchez then swept Vassar's Anna Lee, 11-4, 11-4, 11-2. Against the Panthers, she dropped the first two games but rallied for a 7-11, 8-11, 11-9, 11-7, 11-8 victory.  Albuja Sanchez is 8-2 this season, playing all 10 matches at No. 1.
