Vassar College first-year guard Shea Fitzgerald put together a huge weekend for the Brewers as he helped lead the team to a pairof conference victories over St. Lawrence and Clarkson. In the win over the Saints, Fitzgerald posted a career-high 34 points on 12-for-22 from the field along with three steals, two assists and three rebounds in a 66-51 triumph. Fitzgerald's 34 points tied for the second-most points scored in a single-game in Vassar history and then followed it up with 18 points on 5-for-8 overall and a perfect 7-for-7 from the free throw line in a 76-72 victory over the Golden Knights. The first year also added four assists and five rebounds in the Clarkson victory. Fitzgerald currently ranks fourth in the league in points per game at 15.4 while leading the team in points and steals while being second on the squad in assists.
