Hobart College junior guard/forward Carter Meshanic averaged 23.5 points and 6.5 rebounds and led Hobart to a pair of Liberty League road wins last week. At Union, he scored a game and season-high 25 points on 11-of-15 shooting, shared game-high honors with eight rebounds, logged a game-high three steals and dished out a pair of assists as the Statesmen won 81-66. At Vassar, Meshanic posted a game-high 22 points on 8-of-11 shooting and a perfect 6-for-6 day at the line. He also contributed five rebounds and two blocked shots in the 69-58 win over the Brewers. The two wins ran Hobart's record to 6-0, matching the program record for wins to start a season. In each of the Statesmen's past three games, the team has rallied from a double-digit deficit on the road. For the week, Meshanic shot 73.1% from the floor and 81.8% at the free throw line.
