Clarkson University first-year Braeden Burns did almost all of his damage in the championship game of the Hawks Against Hunger Tip-Off Tournament. Burns scored 28 points and added 16 rebounds while shooting 12-for-20 from the field in a 93-91 double overtime win, with his 28 points the most by a Clarkson freshman in a single game since the 2003-04 season. For the week, Burns averaged 11.7 points and 6.3 rebounds per game. He was also picked for the All-Tournament Team over the weekend.
