The Ithaca women’s soccer team won a pair of 1-0 games over both Union and Skidmore as the Bombers were led by graduate student midfielder Sarah Sinnott, who netted both goals. With 10:42 left in the first half against the Garnett Chargers, Ithaca was awarded a free kick from about 30 yards out. Allison Heft sent the ball into the box and found Sarah Sinnott for a header. Sinnott scored in just the fourth minute against Skidmore, which was the quickest Ithaca tally of the season. Ithaca remains atop the Liberty League standings with 15 points.
