RPI junior Shannon Brown was the standout swimmer for the Engineers in the team's opening meet of the season, as the Engineers outlasted the RIT Tigers by a final score of 151.5-148.5. Brown won three individual races, taking home victories in the 200-yard, 50-yard, and 100-yard freestyle. Brown, along with Alyssa Cahill, Chloe Jepson and Colleen Whittaker took a victory in the Women's 200-yard medley relay team.
