Hobart College first-year player Achilleas Kousaridis led the Statesmen in a successful weekend at the SLU Classic, winning the B Flight singles bracket in the St. Lawrence Classic in his collegiate debut. Kousaridis defeated SLU's JG Hill-Edgar, 8-7 (7-4), Union's Solen Bellemare, 8-1, and Rochester's Rahul Ravi, 8-4. He then went on and defeated Rochester's Kavin Shukla, 8-4, in the flight B championship match. This is the second straight year a Statesman has won the flight B singles championship at the SLU Classic.
