University of Rochester sophomore Molly Broccolo went 2-0 during the week for the Yellowjackets in the circle, with her best game coming against #24 RPI on Saturday. For the week she went 12.2 innings and had a 0.55 ERA, allowed nine hits, three runs (1 earned) and six walks while striking out eight. She held opponents to a .188 average and did not allow an extra base hit. Against RPI, she spun a three-hit shutout in a 7-0 Rochester victory, allowing just one walk while fanning six. She also earned a win on Tuesday in a DH sweep against SUNY Geneseo.
