University of Rochester senior Madeline O’Connell was a triple-winner for the second week in a row, leading Rochester's track and field team at the St. John Fisher Cardinal Classic over the weekend. O'Connell helped the 4x400-meter relay break the existing school record with a time of 3:44.43, setting a new SJF facility mark and currently ranking second in Division III this season. O’Connell matched her own school record in the pole vault, winning the invite event with a height of 3.85 meters, the current sixth-best mark in Division III this season. The third event she won was the the 200 meters where she clocked in with a personal-best 24.89 seconds, finishing first of 49 runners and currently ranks 25th in Division III.
