RPI first-year player Nikki Ridenour won five of the six matches she played, all at No. 1 against three league opponents on the road. In a 5-4 loss at Vassar, Ridenour and Lorna Flores Gonzalez won their doubles match 8-5 before she took a 6-1, 6-3 loss in singles. She came back to win 8-3 in doubles with Flores Gonzalez and 6-0, 6-2 in singles in a 9-0 win at William Smith on Saturday. Ridenour closed the week with an 8-2 win in doubles, again with Flores Gonzalez, and a 7-6, 6-4 triumph in singles as the Engineers beat Ithaca 6-3.
