William Smith College senior midfielder Maddie Montgomery led the Herons with 11 points on 10 goals and an assist in a 2-0 week against nationally-ranked teams. She also added six draw controls, a ground ball and two caused turnovers. Against No. 15 Bowdoin, Montgomery had a game-high seven points on six goals and an assist. On Saturday, at No. 5 Salisbury she had four goals as the Herons rallied from a 7-2 deficit to knock off the Sea Gulls. Montgomery currently leads the Herons with 24 points on 19 goals and five assists.
