University of Rochester first-year Colton Avera finished the week second on the team with nine runs batted in over six games, helping Rochester to a 4-2 week on the West Coast. He combined to hit .222 (6-27) with four runs, three doubles, a triple and a home run during the week. He added one walk and one hit by pitch and was perfect in the field, going 37-for-37 in chances at first base. During a win against Whittier on Wednesday, the first-year went 2-for-5 with a double, home run, two runs and four RBI.
