University of Rochester infielder Jackson Reed was a key member in the middle of the Yellowjackets' lineup during a 4-2 week. The junior hit .375 (9-for-24) with nine runs scored, two doubles, a triple, a home run and a team-high 11 runs batted in. Overall, he slugged .667 for the week and had a .414 on-base percentage with two walks and one hit by pitch, while also stealing two bases. Reed had four multi-hit games, with his best performance being a 2-for-5 game with three RBI, three runs and two extra-base hits against Whittier on Wednesday in a Rochester victory.
