Ithaca College senior Andy Frank posted a pair of top-three finishes in the 60-meter and 200-meter dashes at the Bomber Invitational this weekend. Frank won the 200-meter dash in 21.99 seconds, which ranks eighth in Division III this season. He also took third in the 60 with a time of 7.03 seconds.
