University of Rochester sophomore Cole Goodman was a double-winner in the horizontal jumps on Saturday, competing at the Conference Challenge Cup hosted by Nazareth College. The sophomore notched two top-10 NCAA Division III marks this season and established a school record in the long jump over the weekend. Goodman’s record distance is 7.21 meters and helped him placed first of 27. He was a regional qualifier and also set a meet record while sitting seventh on the Division III performance list. In the triple jump, Goodman was first of 18 jumpers with a mark of 14.55 meters, another meet record and AAR qualifier, ranking eighth in the country so far this season.
