William Smith College junior forward/midfielder Sofia Pattillo helped the Herons to a successful season, going 17-5 and reaching the second round of the NCAA tournament. In an NCAA first round win over Hartwick, Pattillo recorded one goal and one assist to lead the Herons to a 4-0 win. She recorded eight shots with seven on goal to advance the Herons to the second round. William Smith fell to No. 4 Johns Hopkins on Saturday. Pattillo is second on the team with 27 points on 11 goals and five assists, while leading the Herons in shots with 67. She played a crucial role into the Herons 11 game win increase from last season and looks to make a big impact going into her senior season.
