Union College first-year outside hitter Shannon McGrath averaged 3.50 kills per set across four matches for the Dutchwomen last week. McGrath, who hit .230 (42-16-113), had 20 kills and 16 digs while leading Union to a 3-1 Liberty League win over Vassar.
