RPI senior Morgan Lee finished in a time of 21:05.8 over the 6k course at the Paul Short Run hosted by Lehigh University to place seventh of 395 runners in the Women's Brown event. She led the Engineers to a 14th place finish in the 46-school meet. She ran mile times of 5:40.0 and 5:44.2 before turning in a final split of 9:41.7 to go from 13th place to seventh. She was nearly three seconds in front of a competitor from Vermont (21:08.4) and only .3 behind a runner from Charleston of West Virginia (21:05.5). Lee was the third fastest Division III competitor in the field.
