Ithaca College senior Logan Bruce secured her fourth career All-America honor at the 2022 NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships with a fifth-place showing in the heptathlon with 4,951 points. She entered the second day of competition in third before finishing fifth. Bruce was also in action separate from the heptathlon; she competed in the 100-meter hurdles and placed 16th overall with a time of 14.73 seconds in the prelims.
