Hobart's Novice Four boat consisting of Hannah Bilton, Kevin Frost, Michael Gilbert, Jake Shue and Andrew Painton won the Novice Four race with a time of 7:33.070. The Dutchmen crossed the line just over 39 seconds later. It was Hobart's third gold medal in the Novice Four and first since 2007.
