William Smith College junior attack Maddie Montgomery led the Herons with 12 points on eight goals and four assists in a 2-0 week in conference play. On Friday against RPI, she had a game-high seven points on five goals and two assists. Montgomery had a second-half hat trick against the Engineers. With her fifth goal of the day, she became the 25th player in school history to record 100 career goals. Montgomery added four draw controls, three ground balls and a caused turnover. On Saturday against Union College, Montgomery had five points on three goals and two assists plus nine draw controls. Montgomery leads the team with 54 goals, 79 draw controls and is second with 65 points.
