Union College first-year player Gabby Gatto accounted for two of Union's five points in a 5-4 victory over William Smith on Sunday, the team's first victory over the Herons since 2003. She teamed with Lichuan Xiong to earn the team's only doubles point with an 8-0 win at the third flight. Then with the match even at four, the winner came down to her second-singles matchup with Audreyanna Camacho. Gatto took the first set 6-4 and, after suffering a 7-5 loss in the second set, earned the decisive break up 6-5 in the third to pull out the victory.
