Ithaca College sophomore Jalen Leonard-Osbourne opened his outdoor season by setting a school record in the 100-meter dash at Muhlenberg on Saturday with a first-place time of 10.69 seconds, which currently ranks 10th in Division III. The previous record of 10.70, which was set by Scott Rowe, stood since 1995.
