RPI first-year player Aiden Drover-Mattinen was a team-best 4-0 in two matches last week, going 2-0 in singles and 2-0 in doubles while playing No. 1 in both. He and teammate Peter Lohrbach had an 8-6 win over a sophomore and junior from St. Lawrence on Saturday before winning 8-6 against a pair of juniors from MIT the next afternoon. In singles, Aiden beat a junior from SLU by a score of 6-0, 6-1 and then won 7-5, 6-2 over a junior from MIT. RPI defeated the Saints 9-0 and the 32nd-ranked Engineers 7-2 with both matches being played at Tri-City Fitness in Latham.
